Three Generations of Craftsmanship
When the Grippo family opened the doors at 113 Ferry Street in 1977, they built more than a body shop — they built a legacy of trust, quality, and community on Staten Island.
Our Story
G&G Custom Auto Body is one of Staten Island's oldest and most respected auto body shops. For nearly five decades, we've been the neighborhood go-to for everything from fender benders to full custom restorations.
What sets us apart isn't just our equipment — though we've invested heavily in the best tools in the business. It's the fact that we treat every vehicle that comes through our doors like it's our own. That's the standard Robert Grippo Sr. set when he founded this shop, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to today.
We've stayed current with the latest automotive technology, paints, and repair techniques while never losing the personal touch that makes a family business special. When you bring your car to G&G, you're not just a ticket number — you're a neighbor.
